Commissioner's Note: Skeeter joined the league in 2024. He boasts over 20 years of fantasy football experience, even bringing pen and paper relics to the Commissioner's Desk Podcast. All that experience didn't seem to help him in his first season and he found himself stuck in the Dead-Bottom Division. Is Skeeter a true fantasy football aficionado or is he just a salesman with a fantasy?

Dead-Bottom Division Record: 9-7
Commissioner's Note: Mike applied for the league with recommendations from both Nick and Kat Downey. With that in mind, I expected a loud, hostile force to assault my eyes and ears as soon as he walked in the Tavern. What I got was a quiet calculating manager who just wants to contribute to the league. I hope for nothing but success for Mike in the TCT. That is as long as it doesn't come at my expense.

Dead-Bottom Division Record: 9-7
Commissioner's Note: Nick is all business. Another Chace recommendation, Nick shows up at the draft, drafts, then carries on about his business. He sets his lineup every week. He doesn't talk in the chat unless talked to first. He's present. And not. More data is needed.
Threat Level: 4
Dead-Bottom Division Record: 8-8
Commissioner's Note: Kenny is an OG TCT member going back to 2015. I'll be honest. Kenny hasn't been very good at fantasy football, but I can't help but love the guy. He's the only manager to retire, come back, retire, and come back. He has no championships. He has a terrible record. But he's such a good guy. I can't help but root for Kenny. The future Dead-Bottom Division Champion!

Backroom Division Record: 9-4
Dead-Bottom Division Record: 5-11
Commissioner's Note: Brent expressed his interest in joining the TCT years ago, but there was no available spots at that time. When I decided to expand, I reached out to Brent to see if he was still interested. Of course he was. He had a solid first season and I expect great things in the future.

Dead-Bottom Division Record: 8-8
Commissioner's Note: The first time I met Coach Court, the majority of our conversation was on fantasy football. She has a verbose knowledge of the craft and participates in multiple leagues with various formats. When I decided to expand the league in 2024, Coach Court is the first manager I asked to join. I don't see her hanging around in the Dead-Bottom for long.

Septic Tank Division Record: 8-8
Dead-Bottom Division Record: Rookie
Commissioner's Note: Not going to lie. I expected a lot from Jeff when he came into the league in 2024. Billed as a spark plug and vicious heel, he was pretty quiet as his team fell to a disgusting 4-10 regular season. To make matters worse, he gave up on his team a week early in the regular season. This caused chaos in the division. Jeff was flushed to the Dead-Bottom where he currently resides. Maybe this is the year that I see the Sinko I was promised.

Septic Tank Division Record: 5-11
Dead-Bottom Division Record: Rookie
Commissioner's Note: Joining the league in 2024, Stu was supposed to bring a lot of fantasy knowledge and experience with him. Unfortunately, he must have left those things in his other pants. Was he just a victim of one terrible season? (Thank you CMC) Or is this just who he is? He has a chance to prove himself here.

Septic Tank Division Record: 4-12
Dead-Bottom Division Record: Rookie
Commissioner's Note: I've been trying to get Pete to join the league since the first year I met him. He is the only manager to ever turn me down, multiple times. When a vacancy came up in the league this year, I again put out the offer to Pete expecting the usual no thanks. The moment he said yes rivals how I felt when I proposed to my wife. Welcome to the TCT Coach Pete!

Dead-Bottom Division Record: Rookie
Commissioner's Note: Maddux was hooked on the league since attending the 2024 draft with his father, Rob. I watched him as he helped Rob select his team for that season. At the end of the draft, Maddux asked if there was any way he could join the league. I told him then that there was no spots available and he may be too young. This year when a spot opened up, I thought the league could use a little vigor of youth. I knew Maddux was a yes before I even asked.
